The development cycle of new product molds is 25-40 days. We will synchronize the progress with customers in a timely manner during the mold development process, and send the T0 samples to customers for confirmation as soon as possible after they are produced. Our minimum order quantity is flexible: generally 5,000-10,000 pieces for small-sized products, 1,000-5,000 pieces for medium-sized products, and 500-1,000 pieces for large-sized products. We also support small-batch trial orders to help customers reduce market risks.

We attach great importance to the packaging and shipping links of products to ensure that products are not damaged during transportation. We will adopt appropriate packaging methods according to product characteristics and customer requirements. In general, we will individually package the products with bubble bags or EPE foam, then put them into cartons, and fill the cartons with foam or bubble film to prevent the products from shaking and colliding during transportation.

For export orders, we can provide packaging that meets international transportation standards, including fumigated wooden cases, pallets, etc. We will clearly mark the product name, quantity, specification, gross weight, net weight and other information on the product packaging to facilitate customers' receipt and inventory. We have established long-term cooperative relations with many well-known logistics companies, which can provide customers with door-to-door transportation services and synchronize logistics information with customers in real time.

We provide comprehensive after-sales service to give customers peace of mind. If you find any quality problems after receiving the goods, please contact us in time. We will respond within 24 hours and provide solutions according to the actual situation. If it is a product quality problem, we will replenish or rework the products for you free of charge; if it is damage caused during transportation, we will assist you in claiming compensation from the logistics company.
