Our injection molded appliance shells are widely used in various home appliance products, including shells of kitchen appliances such as rice cookers, electric pressure cookers and air fryers; shells of household appliances such as vacuum cleaners, sweeping robots and air purifiers; shells of personal care appliances such as hair dryers, electric shavers and electric toothbrushes; as well as shells of small household appliances such as electric kettles, coffee makers and toasters.

We have a 3,500-square-meter modern production workshop equipped with multiple advanced automatic injection molding machines and supporting equipment, forming a complete industrial chain from mold development, injection molding production to finished product inspection. Our production team has more than 10 years of industry experience, is skilled in technology, and can quickly handle various problems arising in the production process.

We implement a strict production management system and conduct refined management of each link in the production process to ensure production efficiency and product quality. Our monthly production capacity can reach 100,000 - 1,000,000 pieces, which can meet customers' large-volume order needs. We also have a complete warehousing and logistics system, which can deliver products to customers in a timely manner.

We always put product quality first and have established a strict quality control system. In terms of raw materials, we only select high-quality raw materials from well-known brands, and each batch of raw materials must undergo strict inspection before being put into production. In terms of molds, we regularly maintain and repair molds to ensure the precision and service life of the molds.

In the production process, we implement an inspection system combining first article inspection, patrol inspection and final inspection to ensure the stability of product quality. Our quality inspectors will conduct sampling inspection on each batch of products, including size, appearance, performance and other items. Only products that pass the inspection can be delivered. We also accept third-party inspection to ensure that product quality meets customer requirements.

We support a variety of payment methods to facilitate customers' transactions. For standard products, our payment term is 50% prepayment before production and 50% balance payment before delivery. For customized products, our payment term is 30% prepayment for customization, 20% prepayment before production and 50% balance payment before delivery.

We accept payment in multiple currencies such as US dollars and euros, and also support various settlement methods such as letter of credit and telegraphic transfer. For large-volume orders, we can provide more flexible payment terms according to the customer's credit situation and cooperation history. We will clearly stipulate the payment method and payment time in the contract to ensure the smooth progress of the transaction.
