The development cycle of new product molds is 25-40 days, and T0 samples will be provided for your confirmation.

We support flexible customization requirements, including product structure optimization, material selection, color matching, surface treatment, etc. Our engineering team will provide you with the most reasonable material and process suggestions according to your product usage scenarios and functional requirements, helping you reduce production costs while ensuring product quality. Our minimum order quantity is flexible: generally 5,000-10,000 pieces for small products (under 20 grams), 1,000-5,000 pieces for medium products (20-100 grams), and 500-1,000 pieces for larger products (over 100 grams). The final quantity can be negotiated according to the unit price and actual situation.

We have established a strict full-process quality control system, with dedicated personnel responsible for each link from raw material warehousing to finished product delivery, ensuring that every piece of plastic appliance housing meets customers' quality standards. Before the finished products leave the factory, we will conduct a comprehensive inspection, including dimensional inspection, appearance inspection, performance test, etc. Only products that pass the inspection can be delivered. We also accept third-party inspection to ensure that product quality meets international standards.
