Our appliance plastic enclosures are widely used in various household and commercial electrical products, including control panels and body shells of large household appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines and air conditioners; complete machine enclosures of kitchen appliances such as microwave ovens, dishwashers and disinfection cabinets; as well as shell components of household appliances such as water dispensers, water purifiers and air energy water heaters. At the same time, we also provide customized enclosure solutions for commercial coffee machines, vending machines, commercial freezers and other equipment.

We have a 3,500-square-meter standardized production base equipped with multiple automatic injection molding machines of different specifications, which can meet the mass production needs from small precision parts to large complete machine enclosures. The factory adopts a zoned management model, with raw material storage area, injection molding production area, mold maintenance area, finished product inspection area and packaging and logistics area, realizing the standardization and efficiency of the production process.

With stable product quality and efficient delivery capacity, we have established long-term and stable cooperative relations with dozens of home appliance manufacturing enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region, and have been repeatedly rated as "Excellent Supplier" by customers. Our monthly production capacity can reach 100,000 - 1,000,000 pieces, which can quickly respond to customers' large-volume order needs and provide continuous and reliable supply chain guarantee for customers.

We provide comprehensive OEM/ODM custom services and support mold opening and production according to customers' technical drawings or prototypes. Our professional engineering team will intervene in the early stage of the project to optimize product structure, mold design and material selection, helping customers reduce production costs while ensuring product performance.

The development cycle of new product molds is 25-40 days. After the T0 samples are produced, we will send them to customers for confirmation as soon as possible and make quick adjustments according to customer feedback. Our minimum order quantity is flexible, ranging from 500 pieces to 10,000 pieces depending on the product size, and the final quantity can be negotiated according to the order amount and actual situation. We also support personalized customization of products, including color, surface treatment, logo printing, etc., to meet customers' differentiated needs.

We have established a strict full-process quality control system, with dedicated personnel responsible for each link from raw material warehousing to finished product delivery. When raw materials are put into storage, we will inspect each batch of raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards. In the production process, we implement the first article inspection system. Before the production of each batch of products, the first article must be confirmed and qualified before mass production.

During production, we conduct random inspections every 2 hours to timely find and solve problems in production. Before the finished products leave the factory, we will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the product's size, appearance and performance, and only products that pass the inspection can be delivered. We also accept inspection by third-party institutions designated by customers to ensure that product quality meets international standards.
