During production, we conduct patrol inspections every 2 hours to timely find and solve problems in production. Before the finished products leave the factory, we will conduct strict sampling tests, including waterproof test, dustproof test, high and low temperature cycle test, UV aging test and drop test, to ensure that the products can work stably for a long time in harsh outdoor environments. We also accept third-party inspection to ensure that product quality meets international standards.

We can carry out mold opening and production according to technical drawings or prototypes provided by customers. The development cycle of new product molds is 30-40 days. Our minimum order quantity is flexible, ranging from 500 pieces to 5,000 pieces depending on the product size, and the final quantity can be negotiated according to the actual situation.
