Our plastic thermostat housing is the core protective component of the thermostat, which directly determines the temperature measurement accuracy and operation safety of the equipment. It is injection molded in one piece with high-temperature resistant flame-retardant engineering plastics, and can maintain stable physical properties in a wide temperature range of -40℃ to 120℃ without deformation or cracking due to temperature changes.

Our plastic thermostat housing is fully designed considering the installation requirements of temperature control elements, with reserved precise temperature sensing probe holes, wiring terminal slots and fixed snap positions, and the dimensional error is controlled within ±0.03mm to ensure a perfect fit with the internal circuit board and temperature sensing elements. For different usage scenarios, we provide a variety of material options: household thermostats use environmentally friendly ABS material, balancing aesthetics and cost; industrial thermostats use glass fiber reinforced nylon PA66, with excellent impact resistance and chemical corrosion resistance; thermostats dedicated to high-temperature environments use high-temperature resistant PC material, which can withstand short-term high temperatures of 150℃. We also support customized surface treatments, including silk-screen printing of temperature scales, laser engraving of brand logos, spraying of anti-slip coatings, etc., to meet customers' branding needs.

Customization Capability

We have a professional thermostat housing customization team and can provide customers with full-process services from structural design to mass production. Whether you need to modify the opening position of existing products or develop a brand-new thermostat appearance, we can respond quickly. We can carry out mold opening and production according to 2D/3D drawings or physical samples provided by customers. The development cycle of new product molds is 25-35 days. After the T0 samples are produced, we will send them to customers for assembly test and functional verification as soon as possible.

We support all-round personalized customization, including housing shape, size, material, color, surface treatment, etc. Our engineering team will recommend the most suitable material and process solutions for you according to the usage environment and accuracy requirements of the thermostat. For example, for products requiring high-precision temperature sensing, we will optimize the housing wall thickness and temperature sensing hole design to reduce temperature conduction errors. Our minimum order quantity is flexible: 5,000 pieces for conventional household thermostat housings and 1,000 pieces for industrial-grade thermostat housings. The final quantity can be negotiated according to the order amount and cooperation depth.

Quality Control

We are well aware that the quality of the plastic thermostat housing is directly related to the accuracy and safety of the entire temperature control system, so we have established a strict special quality control system. In the raw material link, we only use brand-new engineering plastics from internationally renowned brands such as BASF and DuPont, and each batch of raw materials must undergo melt index, impact strength, flame retardancy and temperature resistance tests to ensure that the materials meet the design requirements.

In the production process, we implement the "first article three-inspection system", that is, self-inspection by operators, re-inspection by team leaders and special inspection by quality inspectors. The first article product can only be mass-produced after passing all tests of size, appearance, assembly performance and temperature resistance. During production, patrol inspections are conducted every hour, focusing on checking key dimensions and appearance defects. Before the finished products leave the factory, we will conduct sampling high and low temperature cycle tests, drop tests and insulation tests to ensure that the products can work stably in various harsh environments. We also accept inspection by third-party inspection institutions designated by customers to ensure that product quality meets international standards.
