Widely used for end-of-line sealing of building water supply-drainage pipelines, agricultural irrigation pipe networks, swimming pool water-treatment equipment, chemical fluid-transport pipelines and municipal-engineering pipelines. Suitable for threaded pipeline joints requiring frequent disassembly, inspection and maintenance with easy assembly and disassembly.

We implement a full-link quality-control process: incoming raw-material qualification verification and drying treatment to avoid material mixing and moisture exposure; regular mold inspection and maintenance; daily inspection and maintenance of production equipment; mass production only after first-article inspection passes; periodic in-production sampling inspection with isolated defective products; batch traceability inspection for finished goods. We also support third-party inspection agencies designated by customers to conduct on-site factory inspections to safeguard purchasers' interests.

Our factory supports OEM and ODM custom manufacturing. Molding and production can be completed based on customer drawings or physical samples. The conventional MOQ for small-weight products ranges from 5,000 to 10,000 units; the minimum order quantity can be negotiated according to unit price and actual project conditions. The development cycle for brand-new molds is 25-40 days. Samples are produced at the T0 phase for customer confirmation. Samples are provided free of charge while sample shipping cost is borne by the customer. Sample shipping will be free of charge if the customer has paid mold-development fees.

For standard off-the-shelf products: 50% prepayment before production, 50% balance payment prior to shipment. For customized products: 30% mold-development prepayment, 20% prepayment before production, 50% balance payment prior to shipment. Settlement in USD and EUR is supported. Multiple trade terms including EXW, FOB and DDP are acceptable.
