Insufficient heat resistance will cause softening and deformation and further trigger malfunctions. Our Red 61 heat-resistant plastic stator end plate is made of high-temperature-resistant modified plastic, specially developed for high-temperature working conditions of 61-model motors. It maintains structural stability under continuous heat exposure. It features precisely positioned holes and excellent electrical insulation performance, meeting the working-condition requirements for continuous operation of industrial motors.
High-temperature-resistant accessories cannot be judged merely by appearance. Every batch of Red 61 heat-resistant plastic stator end plate will undergo sampling heat-resistance verification to control raw-material quality. Our factory went into production in 2012, covering 3500 ㎡. Equipped with multiple full-automatic injection-molding machines and mold-maintenance equipment, we can produce various precision plastic motor accessories. The factory complies with domestic environmental-protection regulations with standardized production management. This model uses existing molds with 5-10-day lead-time for orders. Located in Deqing, Huzhou, Zhejiang Province, it enjoys short logistics distance to Shanghai Port and Ningbo Port for efficient export shipment.

Payment Terms
Standard products: 50% prepayment before production, 50% balance payment prior to shipment. Customized products: 30% mold-development prepayment, 20% prepayment before production, 50% balance payment prior to shipment. Volume-based tiered discounts are negotiable for large-lot orders. T/T payment supporting USD and EUR settlement; trade terms EXW, FOB and DDP are all executable.

Customization Capability
OEM and ODM custom manufacturing is supported. Mold-opening production can be performed according to customer drawings or physical samples. Conventional MOQ for small-size products ranges from 5,000 to 10,000 pieces; minimum-order quantity is negotiable. The development cycle for brand-new molds is 25-40 days. Samples are delivered at T0 phase for customer confirmation. Samples are offered free-of-charge with shipping cost borne by customers; sample-shipping fees are waived for customers who have paid mold-development expenses. Up to 2 colors or models can be mixed within one MOQ order.
