For our screw top airtight plastic jar, jar-mouth threads are precisely injection-molded. After rotary tightening of screw-on lids, jar-mouth sealing gaskets fit tightly to achieve favorable air-tight storage effect. Jar-body wall thickness is uniform with good deformation-resistance; jar fracture will not readily occur during storage of powdery and granular materials.
During production, sampling thread-matching inspection is performed for each batch of screw top airtight plastic jar to guarantee smooth screwing engagement between jar bodies and lids without thread-stripping or failure-to-tighten issues. This sealed jar adapts to sub-packaging of food-grade products, small hardware parts and chemical powders. Factory Strength
Our factory commenced production in 2012, covering 3,500 ㎡. It is equipped with multiple full-automatic injection-molding machines and mold-maintenance equipment for in-house production of plastic containers of various sizes. The factory complies with domestic environmental-protection regulations with standardized production management. Off-the-shelf standard styles have existing molds with 5-10-day lead-time for orders. Situated in Deqing, Huzhou, Zhejiang Province, the factory enjoys short logistics distance to Shanghai Port and Ningbo Port for high-efficiency export shipment.

Payment Terms
Standard products: 50% prepayment before production, 50% balance payment prior to shipment. Customized products: 30% mold-development prepayment, 20% prepayment before production, 50% balance payment prior to shipment. Volume-based tiered discounts are negotiable for large-lot orders. T/T payment supporting USD and EUR settlement; trade-terms EXW, FOB and DDP are all executable.

Customization Capability
OEM and ODM custom manufacturing is supported. Mold-opening production can be performed according to customer drawings or physical samples. Conventional MOQ for small-size products ranges from 5,000 to 10,000 units; minimum-order quantity is negotiable. The development cycle for brand-new molds is 25-40 days. Samples are delivered at T0 phase for customer confirmation. Samples are offered free-of-charge with shipping cost borne by customers; sample-shipping fees are waived for customers who have paid mold-development expenses. Up to 2 colors or models can be mixed within one MOQ order.
