Third-party inspection agencies are welcome for on-site factory inspections.

Customization Capability
Our factory supports OEM and ODM services; mold-opening production can be performed based on customer drawings or physical samples. Conventional MOQ for small-size products ranges from 5,000 to 10,000 units; minimum-order quantity is negotiable. Mold-development cycle lasts 25-40 days. T0-phase samples are submitted for customer confirmation prior to mass-production. Samples are provided free-of-charge with shipping cost borne by customers; sample-shipping fees are waived for customers having paid mold-development fees. Up to 2 colors or models can be mixed within one MOQ order.

After-Sales Service
Pre-sales one-on-one communication to deliver suitable product solutions according to customer projects. Photos and videos can be sent upon customer demand during production to synchronize manufacturing progress. After shipment, when quality-problem feedback is received with photo evidence provided by customers, we will rapidly analyze root-causes and offer solutions including replenishment, rework or discount refunds. Warranty service is provided within normal-product-usage scope with negotiable details.
