1. The Compression Molding Process for Caps
A material feeder draws the pre-mixed raw material into the barrel of the compression molding machine. Inside the barrel, the material is heated to a semi-molten, plasticized state before being quantitatively extruded into the mold cavity. The upper and lower mold halves then close to compress the material; after cooling and setting, the cap is demolded. Finally, the cap undergoes ring-cutting and liner insertion to complete the production process.
2. The Injection Molding Process for Caps
A material feeder draws the pre-mixed raw material into the barrel of the injection molding machine. Inside the barrel, the material is heated to a fully molten, plasticized state before being injected into the mold cavity. Once inside the cavity, the material cools and sets, after which the cap is demolded. Finally, the cap undergoes ring-cutting and liner insertion to complete the production process.
