1. Primary materials for exterior components: ABS-features high gloss and ease of painting, but has limited heat resistance; PP-offers low cost and good flowability, but suffers from poor dimensional stability; PC-possesses high strength, high heat resistance, and excellent transparency, but is prone to cracking; PC/ABS alloy-delivers superior overall performance, but comes at a higher cost.
2. Primary materials for decorative components: Transparent materials-transparent ABS, PMMA, PC, etc.; Electroplating materials-electroplating-grade ABS; Film materials-PET film, PC film.
3. Primary materials meeting the core requirements for critical 3C components: Flame-retardant PBT, flame-retardant PP, flame-retardant PPO.
4. Primary materials meeting the core requirements for other critical structural components: POM, glass-fiber reinforced nylon, PPS, PPA, PEI.
