This Switch Plastic Control Box features precisely aligned holes. The button and knob holes are positioned within ±0.05 mm of the target, ensuring accurate installation. Components fit properly and operate smoothly, without sticking or looseness. The wire entry can be customized to your required size, and the edges are smooth to prevent wire damage. This design helps improve efficiency during assembly. We always consider the needs of the assembly line in our product design.

This Switch Plastic Control Box is made from flame-retardant plastic. We prefer UL94 V-0 rated material, which can quickly stop burning and does not drip or spread fire. At a minimum, we use V-1 grade material, meeting safety requirements for electrical equipment. The sealing performance is also reliable. A silicone gasket, 2.0 to 2.5 mm thick, is used between the top and bottom parts. After assembly, the gap is less than 0.1 mm, effectively preventing moisture and dust from entering. We also support custom colors and logo printing for branding purposes.
